Martin Barrow & Co. is a brand of delicious beers, jerky and condiments, sourced and curated on the Mid North Coast of NSW.
The Martin and Barrow partnership spans over two decades and the foundation of the connection has always been centred on airlines and hospitality where we create fresh, flavoursome food every day for the travelling public at our airport locations.
Then 2020 happened! The global pandemic allowed us time and space to create and focus on our passions. So, while our nation stopped travelling we got busy with flavours, textures, production and packaging, ultimately creating Martin Barrow & Co.
Our two blokes, Aaron & Chris, come together with different but complimentary skill sets, uniting to create quality hand-crafted products that add flavour to any occasion, from relishes and jams to their mouth-watering range of brews and premium beef jerky range. With a background as a chef, Aaron is the chief taste tester and beef jerky connoisseur while Chris ensures the smooth running of the operation and, as a passionate foodie, provides much of the inspiration behind the product range.
We are proud of what we have created; a range of goods that are set to become household staples. Our products have been stocked at our Mid North Coast (NSW) airports since we re-opened and we have been humbled by their popularity and by the positive feedback from you, our customers.
