We are pleased to offer local pick-up from our cafe locations in Coffs Harbour.
Usually orders will be ready for collection within 48 hours. Once your order is placed we will be in touch to arrange a convenient time and location for collection.
Our postage is a $10 flat-rate for delivery using Australia Post.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed within 48 hours of order confirmation. Packages should be received between 2-5 days for regional areas.
Sending interstate may be longer.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse.
If it has been more than a few days since you placed your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation, please contact us at crew@martinbarrowandco.com.au
Unfortunately we do not offer overseas shipping at this time. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available.
All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact Customer Service through crew@martinbarrowandco.com.au immediately.
We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only given if the product has a manufacturing fault.
Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense, we do not refund or add credit for cost of return postage.
We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
